The Project
Essex County Council along with 4 local colleges approached Zero Above with the challenge to create a campaign designed to recruit young women into engineering apprenticeships. Through extensive research and concept development, the campaign Girls Allowed was born, the first time Chelmsford, Colchester, Harlow and Prospects Colleges have collaborated on a project.
