ZAP
All projects will be run through the ZAP processes to make them as efficient both in cost and time.
There will be client Checkpoint Reports on a regular basis and this can be decided on the length of the Project, quick Projects may need a daily report, others may need a weekly report.
Throughout the lifecycle of the Project there will be Stage Boundaries. These are an update at the end of a Work Package that explains where that part of the project is will be approved by the client before the next stage begins, making sure that all scope creep is identified early and actioned upon.
